Breville’s new dicing attachment offers ease and precision in preparing dishes like soups and salads. The 12mm attachment is suitable for slicing and dicing foods, while the 8mm and 16mm dicing kits provide a wider range of precision cuts. The peeler disc can peel up to 7 potatoes at a time and produce like beetroot and sweet potato, making ingredient preparation easier. The machine also features a three-feed chute for different shapes, allowing for more cubes in a single push. The heavy-duty induction motor and micro-serrated s-blade system ensure consistent chopping, mixing, and processing of ingredients.
